Barefoot Warrior Yoga

Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin , Restorative & Yoga Nidra

Hi There! I am Nichole Gould, registered and certified yoga instructor in the Mount Washington Valley, NH. When I am not on my mat or in the studio you can find me exploring a plethora of interests which include; organic gardening and raw foods, any board sport, mastering the art of poor guitar playing and spending time with my daughter.  I come from Pennsylvania and have lived in the valley for 20 years. A few of my favorite things are: ocean time, snuggling, reading books, writing from the heart and connecting with my community. I also have a cat and would love to travel more someday.

I discovered yoga when I was 16. I practiced off and on throughout the years and began "teaching" friends yoga in 2004. In 2011, I began my first Teacher Training and have vowed to share the gift of yoga since then. My education includes; 200 hour Vinysasa teacher training, 200 Hour Ashtanga Teacher Training, 8.5 hour credited workshop with David Swenson, 10 hour workshop with Annie Pace as well as consistent independent research, practice and studies on all things yoga.
